Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

If you need information urgently and can’t locate it on the website or see an error, please email answers@amphi.com, and we will respond and address the concern as quickly as possible, typically the same day or within 24 hours.

Athletic Participation Requirements

In order to participate and attend practices for any sports program, please complete and submit the Middle School Interscholastic Activities packet, also available at the Wilson office.

Please return the following completed forms, which are included in the Activities Packet:

  • Consent and Emergency Information
  • Acknowledgement of Rules
  • MTBI Acknowledgement Form
  • Physical Evaluation (Physician signature required on Pages 12 AND 15)
  • Paid Participation New** Fee - $49.00

Students may not have a grade lower than a "D", a GPA less than 2.0, or citizenship mark of "U" in any subject.
